What is great about this time of year is the the way the sun can drag you out of the house on a beautiful day and keep you entertained for hours. Here is your Daily Dose brought to you by the Laramie Area Chamber Commerce. 1. Workout that Monday Stress. Have you ever just had a case of the Mondays that you weren’t sure how to shake? The best way to make yourself feel better and create a rush of happiness is through exercise. Tonight go for a jog through your neighborhood or through the park. If you aren’t a runner, hope on your bike or grab a friend and go for a walk. 2. Dinner & a Movie. The best way to prepare a meal is with someone else. Make a date out of it whether it be with your kids, friends, significant other, etc. This will be the best meal you have all week because of how fun it will be cooking with others. Choose your favorite recipe and gather all you need at Safeway. 3. Hiking with Dogs. Subway: stop in for a great lunch that won’t over fill you and keep you energized throughout your day. If you have leftovers just throw them in your pack, after all, that is why you brought it! University of Wyoming: You can enjoy the quiet campus all afternoon with your favorite book in Prexy’s Pasture or even play a little Frisbee with friends or family....
