Better Business Bureau Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming is warning consumers about Wyoming Limited Liability Company, Zero Origin, LLC.
BBB has received 11 complaints and is currently processing 8 additional complaints regarding purchases made from multiple websites that appear to be operated by the business: divinebazaar.com, theunitedamericanmint.com, theflourishingstone.com, and unclewaltsemporium.com. The business has also received 5 negative Customer Reviews regarding these retail outlets.
These websites sell a variety of goods including semi-precious gemstones, gold and silver coins, and religious themed merchandise.
Complaints regarding divinebazaar.com and theunitedamericanmint.com primarily concern merchandise purchased from the business that was not as advertised. Specifically, consumers allege that items were advertised as being genuine 24k gold; however, upon receipt, consumers realize this is not the case. Consumers also allege customer support issues including difficulty receiving ordered products and returning unwanted merchandise.
Complaints about purchases made from unclewaltsemporium.com are related to customer service and ordering issues. Some consumers report being charged multiple times despite only trying to purchase a single item. Consumers also report not receiving ordered products and receiving poor customer service when they inquire about their unfulfilled orders or attempt to cancel.
The business responded to and resolved the first three complaints filed, however has failed to respond to subsequent disputes.
BBB has attempted to make contact with the company regarding the pattern of complaints filed. BBB also requested information regarding their business practices, structure, and location. Previously, BBB asked the company to address concerns about their advertising. The business has not responded to any of our attempts to reach them regarding these matters.
The company currently has an “F” rating based on their failure to respond to complaints, BBB’s concerns about their advertising, as well as their failure to be transparent about their location, products and services and business owners/principals.

- Save copies of your order confirmation and any emails for future reference and as a record of your purchase.
