A little over a decade ago, Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to increase access to quality health insurance. Enroll Wyoming is a grant-funded nonprofit organization based out of Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and the navigators employed with the organization assist individuals and families explore health insurance options.
Plans in the Health Insurance Marketplace have several benefits. People with preexisting conditions can get coverage, and most people qualify for government subsidies to make plans more affordable.
Enroll Wyoming’s Navigators are available throughout the state. They guide consumers through the application process, answer questions, explain insurance jargon, and provide one-on-one assistance — all free of charge.
